Poolside Roars and Connectivity Fears

The room was clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly diverse. I loved the comfortable bed and the cute front desk staff.

The Wi-Fi was terribly unreliable, leading to frustration when trying to connect our devices. The pool area was overcrowded.

A well designed, modern hotel with all amenities. The staff were very helpful and polite. Excellent value for money, particularly if you book early enough to get a good rate.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast options were great, and the staff, especially Thomas, checked in on us, a nice personal touch!

My kids wished there were more seating options around the pool area.

Had some great moments during my visit, especially thanks to the friendly staff who assisted with my early arrival. The Wi-Fi was disappointing, and cleanliness could be improved in common areas. It's a decent spot but could use some updates.

The room was spacious and had modern facilities that catered to all our needs. We appreciated the fridge and microwave. The bed was large and comfortable. There were plenty of hooks to hang items, a small detail, made a big difference.

My family and I were traveilng down to Chino from San Francisco for a funeral and had requested a very late check (1:00AM). We arrived much later and had no problems with the reservations. The staff is professional, considerate and the quality of sleep and comfort, was wonderful.

The bed was comfortable it was convenient really close to shopping and restaurants

To open my door I had to put my key in 2 to 4 times the noise from upstairs you can hear everything that air conditioner didn't work that great

Comfortable room, spacious room, with ample space, storage, and a tv, making our stay very enjoyable while we appreciated the clean linens and fluffy pillows.

Booked.net solved an issue that arose regarding the rate we were going to be charged. C/S rep was awesome. Placed me on hold, while she called hotel to resolve the issue. Came back and saved us approximately $120 dollars. :)

Gentleman at front desk did not seem willing to assist us with a question regarding the rate. Stated we did not qualify for discount because we used Booked.net as the mechanism to make the reservation.
